Background
The Frontier Toastmasters Club officially started in Pioneer Constituency, Jurong West on March 2003 and the club has received strong support from the grassroots as well as residents living around the area. We have grown in size steadily over the years and we currently have more than 30 members. We are always proactively promoting the benefits of Toastmasters to people because we have personally benefited immensely from the program.

Date: 3rd Tuesday of every month
Location: The Frontier Community Club, No 60, Jurong West Central 3, Singapore 648346.
Time: 7-9.30 P.M
Fees for Joining The Frontier Toastmasters Club
One time Registration Fees of S$60
Ø This is for us to register you with Toastmasters International (TI) headquartered in the United States
Ø You will receive the ‘Communication and Leadership Program’ package for you to get started in the Toastmasters program
Annual Membership Dues (S$125 to S$187.50)
Ø Bulk of the payment (USD54 which ~ S$90) goes to TI for them to run the Toastmasters Program worldwide
Ø The remaining amount are for our club operating expenses
Ø You will receive a really informative monthly magazine by TI and you will get to attend all our club meetings and activities
Ø You will also be able to attend other clubs’ meetings and activities organised by District 80 (comprising four countries – Singapore, Thailand, Hongkong and Macau)
As payment are effected to TI on a bi-annual basis every March (for the period April to September) and September (for the period October to March), the annual membership dues payable to our club will be pro-rated accordingly depending on which month you signed up as a member.
Note: TI just raised their fees in October 2005 following a freeze for more than 10 years. It is likely that they will not be raising their fees in the near future and we are committed to maintaining the current fees structure as long as TI maintain the fees imposed on us.
